the Spiral Cone Jig, this jig holds the three verticals and the spiral in place for welding. Every intersection is welded by hand with a tig welder. On the longest legs there are over 80 welds per leg.

The spiraler, With this machine a single continuous piece of steel rod is bent into the spiral cone shape. it has interchangeable mandrels that can create the spiral cones for all fifteen height legs. In this photo it is set up for dining height legs.
