Remarkable for its walls of triple-glazed glass, Snorre Stinessen Architecture’s Ejford Cabin straddles two stone ridges on northern Norway’s Hallvardøy Island. Perched on a concrete slab, it intentionally capitalizes upon passive solar conditions and features thick insulation to minimize energy output.

The grounds contain large, open areas for gathering and entertaining, surrounded by a grove of live oak trees for privacy and seclusion.

The floor plan includes an unconstructed building comprising an additional bedroom and bathroom.

The VDL Penthouse measures 39’ x 12’, and it’s a direct replica of the penthouse built for Neutra's VDL Research Home.

To further the home's indoor/outdoor connection, the architects created an expansive shaded terrace at the rear of the property, which is juxtaposed with the backyard pool.

Set on 4.3 acres of riverfront property perched dramatically above the Saugatuck River in Weston, Connecticut, the five-bedroom, three-bath Corwin House is well preserved—with only a few updates to the kitchen and baths.

Sited on a ridgetop amidst countless bishop pines, the studio looks out to the Point Reyes Peninsula, with Abbott's Lagoon on one side, and Tomales Bay on the other.

Wild Lilac is set on the foothills of the San Bernardino Mountains, far removed from the glitz of Los Angeles. LaHabra Santa Barbara Mission Finish stucco was used for the exterior to protect the home from strong sun.
