Isaac describes the building as a “semi-modular” unit: “It has a pier and beam foundation, so it can be moved, but only short distances because its 17-foot width means permits would be necessary. It was also built on site.”

The parcel of land that Audi Culver and Ivy Siosi bought in Bloomington, Indiana, was advertised as hunting grounds, but the couple envisioned a workshop for their furniture company, Siosi, and a home that would double as a showroom. After designing the dwelling, they rolled up their sleeves and pitched in on the nearly two-year build.

The garage turned casita/pool house features a custom plywood bed, bench, and cabinetry.

With its overhanging eaves and wood-paneled interior, ESCAPE's Classic is most reminiscent of the company's roots in Canoe Bay, WI. The model is no longer included in the fabricator's standard lineup, but prospective buyers can reach out to them and request a custom build.

Unique among tiny homes, ESCAPE's Classic wraps the entryway in a screened-in and roof porch. It could also be fully enclosed to add an extra room to the home.

In the living room, a 15-foot custom sofa with an integrated tea station sits across from a console table built from a log that was over 18 feet long.

The guest room's bathroom features a sconce by Lindsey Adelman and all-green tiles. Since this bathroom is also the powder room, the owners wanted it to be fun.

In the second bedroom, built-in bunk beds add a flair of fun, decorated with black netting.

The home's wood deck is a neutral base that compliments the home's back and white features.

Light pours through clerestory windows in the master bathroom. Staying true to the home’s overall aesthetic, Sweet used simple, contrasting materials—white oak for the cabinets and Ann Sacks white tiles for the walls.

Kelly and Ty did all the landscaping themselves, collecting driftwood and small stones from the beach and adding ferns and other native plants.
