A bunny mobile by Flensted hangs over the crib, while the felt mural provides a soft and colorful backdrop. The Excel floor lamp in the living room is by Rich Brilliant Willing.

Each room comes with a unique piece of art on letterhead stationery that's painted or hand-drawn by a student at the Chicago Art Institute.

The narrow hallway separates an office and television room at one end of the house from Wexler and Zimmerman’s master suite, which sports an Emma Gardner rug and matching Saarinen Womb chair, made for Knoll, perfect for lounging.

The serene all-white bathroom can be sealed off from the master bedroom by two sliding doors, or left open for a loftlike feel.

Black-rimmed steel clerestory windows add illumination in this diminutive white kitchen where black accents abound. A black Aggregato Saliscendi Suspension light, designed by Enzo Mari and Giancarlo Fassina for Artemide, accents against the white Calacatta marble countertops and MAP's oak Milky Stools.

The entire living and dining space features tough polished concrete floors. The architects intentionally contrasted the darker concrete and veneered pantry against the neutral white walls and marble. This color play runs through the renovated areas.
