Simple wood and brick contrast the industrial character of the concrete and steel, while also serving as sound dampeners.

Bold, saturated tones contrast beautifully with the metallic finishes and neutral colors that characterize the furnishings in the living room.

The open-plan living room and dining area feature a cementitious floor covering, ERCO recessed LEDs, and EDL cabinetry laminates.

The house has floors of burnished concrete, providing thermal mass in the cooler months. The cement retains heat from the sun during the day and then slowly releases it back into the atmosphere to warm the interiors in the evening.

Master Sitting Room

The ground floor of the home was restored from its original configuration of small divided rooms into one big open living area surrounded by windows on all sides.
