Living room
Dolce sits on a vintage 1950s couch he found at a thrift store in Asbury Park, New Jersey. Dolce and Burnham had the couch and the Donghia armchair recovered in a stain-resistant Sunbrella fabric by Andrew Grossman Upholstery. The Flokati rug was picked up at a thrift store in Florida. Hanging on the wall behind Dolce is a piece of art by British painter Tom Hammick.
The team removed the brick at the fireplace and added a terrazzo hearth with custom brass. The angles of the walls made a traditional furniture layout awkward, so the designers opted to float the custom sofa in the center so circulation flows easily around it. Art by Carrie Crawford and pendants by Sistemalux.
The living area is defined by a playful collection of furniture, includign a Nuvola 05 armchair by Gervasoni, an orange Altar Side Table by Tacchini, and an iconic Michele De Lucchi Memphis Milano Collection coffee table with a yellow top and striped base.
