Homeowner Analía Espiga chose the red color of the cabinets. Finding the right shade took several tries. “It’s a sort of terracotta hue called Abundante Rubor” says Iachetti. “This was their idea, which we were happy to explore.”
The kitchen features white oak cabinetry custom-designed by the Turkel Design team. The layout is designed to allow for social gathering while cooking in the kitchen, and embraces the spectacular views.
On the ground level, the open-concept kitchen and dining area were also transformed in the renovation.
The designers enlarged the kitchen, employing walnut cabinetry and large glass doors that slide open and connect the room to the yard.
The interior palette includes white oak cabinetry, oak paneling, and rustic ebony-stained oak.
