Folding doors open the home’s dining room up to a large deck. Developed collaboratively with architects, Kolbe’s VistaLuxe Collection includes a wide selection of windows and doors, with low-maintenance extruded aluminum exteriors and warm wood interiors.

Nature lovers that they are, Eva and Jamie knew they needed a space to dine al fresco and take in the landscape.

One fun addition was a new bar area, which features open shelving, a separate prep sink, and a built-in wine fridge. “We were mixing finishes in specific sizes and also incorporating a water filtration system,” says Jamin. The bar sink and both faucets are from Hausera as well.

Dining takes place at the large custom-fabricated table underneath pendant lighting. Seating is a mix of Eames Shell Chairs and Real Good chairs from Blu Dot.
