Indie Coworking: the rise of repurposed, locally-sourced coworking

Beyond the big box co-working brands, small, independent co-working companies are taking shape by their own architectural ingenuity.

Note for CB: Unlike WeWork and others, these companies are building complete experiences around co-working. They have restaurants, coffee shops, some even have retail. The public spaces are shared between co-workers and guests, while parts of each building are strictly private.

Another note: the first two images in this set (at present) are mine. Good example for the kind of thing I'd be delivering in terms of images when working on these projects. Technically, they are composed to strict architectural photography standards. All vertical lines are perfectly vertical, frames are composed around subject matter to tell a story.
