Fuchila is a weaved chair inspired by Bulgarian carpet making traditions that developed into a research of the basics of weaving. The shape of the frame is based on that of the loom. The aim of using nylon threads for the warp and weft is to bend the weaved textile so that it changes its shape from two to three dimensional. In that way it is providing more comfort and support for the body. At the same time only the areas where you seat and where you rest your back are weaved and the rest is left unwoven to give the chair lightness and transparency.
