Also, the location in Morongo Valley: the home is a little over 30 minutes from the Palm Springs International Airport, and about fifteen miles from the town of Joshua Tree. The designer overhauled the structure from top-to-bottom, outfitting it with all new interior and exterior finishes to make it rental-ready.
