Set on a 9,875-square-foot lot in the Alta Canyada neighborhood of La Cañada Flintridge, California, the Squire House offers a look at Pierre Koenig's early work. The master modernist built the home in 1953 before completing his famed projects, Case Study House No. 21 and 22.

Located at 1811 Bel Air Road, Case Study House #16 was designed by Craig Ellwood in 1953. The residence has been meticulously maintained over the years by its two owners, and today it’s the only surviving Case Study design by Ellwood.

Florida couple John Pirman and Steve Tetreault built a new house inspired by the Sarasota School. Villa Engels, the home of the esteemed Belgian modernist Lucien Engels (1928–2016), was falling apart when its second owners bought it in 2013.
