Built on a steel structure and the integration of the aluminum curtain wall as its challenge, Residence Kim looks towards the panoramic view like a large painting in space.

Situated on 4 acres of tranquil wooded riverfront property, the Godfrey Landing Residence was designed with an emphasis on sustainability and to embrace the landscape of its surroundings.

Small spaces feel larger with floor-to-ceiling glass walls blurring the edges of the envelope, visually integrating indoor-outdoor space. Materials and colors of exterior elements are continued into the interior, including the thick sandstone-colored stucco walls and white ceiling plane. Materials of the walls and floors are integrally colored to tie in with the sandstone boulders.
