In 2020, Greg Bosi and Frederico Leonardo Dora bought a new, two-floor apartment in São Paulo, Brazil with incredible views of the city.

Originally a scullery, this garden room connects to the back of the kitchen. The grooved timber wall conceals a powder room door.

Windows offer wraparound views in the master bedroom. The nightstands and bed are from the Matera line by Sean Yoo for Design Within Reach; the Stem lamps are from Rejuvenation. The last owner painted the walls Gentleman’s Gray by Benjamin Moore.

The serene interior, composed of pale woods and coated hemp bricks, has a grid layout, with the public rooms in a cross at the center and the bedrooms and bath in the corners. The birch plywood cabinetry is by Égoïne. Over one of the cabinets is a wire sculpture by Parisian artist Déliane M.

When Chris and Claude bought the home, the maroon toilet was mismatched with a white toilet lid. Although they couldn't find an exact match (even after five tries), the new lid is a much better match than the white.

The wall opposite the bed in the main bedroom features a large Mush Studios rug on the wall and a squiggly mirror from Urban Outfitters. The CB2 credenza displays a mini version of Ettore Sottsass' Carlton bookcase, along with one of the designer's vases. On the mirrored pedestal in the corner, Mikei handpainted a Ferm Living planter in black-and-white stripes.
