The guest bathroom features bright turquoise Arcilla Field tiles by Ann Sacks and brass fixtures and fittings that will develop a patina over time. A skylight above the shower provides natural light and brightens the room.

Walls painted ‘Bold Blue’ by Benjamin Moore are joined with the rainbow-hued wallpaper. The rug is from NuLoom.

The fireplace was refurbished and one of the owner’s chairs reupholstered in Overpass in Carmine by Wolf Gordon.

Benjamin Moore ‘Dark Burgundy’ paint covers the built-ins, for unexpected contrast with the wallpaper. “It's like a strange color combination that you wouldn't normally expect anybody to be open to, but they were very excited about it,” says Reyes.

At the rear of the home, adjacent to the kitchen, there’s a den and playspace for Leon. For it, the owner’s chair was reupholstered in Pollack fabric ‘Reflex, Dragonfruit,’ and placed with a hexagonal ottoman from The Inside. The ice cream art was a gift from one wife to the other.
