While the homes are well insulated and equipped with efficient ventilation systems, Summit Tiny Homes also provides mini-splits and radiant floor heating to help make their builds comfortable year round.

The Nyssos comes with two lofts. The larger one is accessed by a staircase and includes a built-in closet that screens the space from the rest of the home. Reached by a ladder, the second loft is intended to be flexible: when it isn't a sleeping area for guests, it's used as a reading nook.

Stainless steel fixtures are installed in the bathroom. The brickwalls at both ends of the tiny home.

The kitchens come with a full range of kitchen appliances, as well as countertops from Corian. The hood above the gas stove is custom-made to fit neatly inside the oak cabinet.

The floors are lined with waterproof planking. Oak is used for accents throughout the interior like the railing and treads of the staircase, the overhead kitchen cabinetry, and the lowered ceiling beneath the lofts.

Summit Tiny Homes offers three predesigned and fully outfitted tiny homes for $137–145K USD, but they also make custom models, like The Nyssos pictured above. Turnkey tailormade units start at $110K for 160 square feet.

The millwork furniture inside the home, like the library and the bench beside it, is custom-made for each project.
