The kids' bathroom has a decidedly more youthful feel, with terazzo flooring and vanities and mirrors from West Elm.

The "appliance garage

The floors and casework are white oak, and the counters and backsplash are marble. The sconces are a custom design by Workaday, which is available through their Portland shop Daygoods.

By far the biggest transformation, the new kitchen enjoys high ceilings from the revamped roofline; all new casework, flooring, and finishes; and a large island. The stools are from 2xhome.

This added bathroom, just off the pool deck, was designed to be resilient to water, with Heath Ceramic tiles cladding both the walls and floors. The California Faucet fixtures come directly out of the wall, above a Duravit sink, next to a Pottery Barn Windsor mirror and Quiet Town curtains.

Inside, the one-bedroom cabins include kitchenettes and a neutral palette. The site also offers a communal sauna, a pickleball court, and bike rentals.

Tillies is one of the hotel’s four restaurant and bar spaces helmed by chef Jake Tyler Brodsky, an Eleven Madison Park alum.
