Complementing the locally milled, insect-resistant cedar bunkroom ceiling are floors of purple-stained white oak (bunkroom) and the especially durable Brazilian Tigerwood (screen porch).

Several sets of aluminum-and-glass French doors open from the bunkroom onto the screen porch. Panton and his team made the dining table and benches on-site; the tongue-and-groove benches and table legs are locally milled cedar, and the top is Brazilian Tigerwood.

The 320A Mod, one of Contain Builders smaller prefab homes, features a fully equipped kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom as well as a spacious living area—all within 320 square feet.

Floor-to-ceiling doors from Sierra Pacific Windows open the structure to the elements and provide a protective layer when not in use.
