Although the homeowners and General Assembly exlored several options that involved moving the stairwell, it was left in its original location, just off the kitchen.

The primary bath includes custom white oak millwork, vanity sconces from Juniper, a ceiling light from Allied Maker , Cle Tile floor tile in Stone Slate, and shower tile from Heath Ceramics

The custom headboard features built-in storage, with curved lines reminiscent of Shaker design. The bed linens are from Cultiver, the quilt is vintage, and the throw pillows are from Elitis, available from Assembly Line.

The primary bedroom sits just off the stairwell landing. Built in bookshelves and storage are just beyond.

Thew renovated primary bedroom on the third floor feels perhaps more spacious than anywhere in the home, thanks to the vaulted ceiling and skylight.

In the sun room dining extension, the exposed brick that was formerly on the exterior was left in place. The light fixture is custom. The Marianne Tablecloth is by Autumn Sonata and the Juniper Chair is by Sun at Six.

The new side entrance includes a new door through the brick wall, with the glass-enclosed entry hallway extending outward to contain it.

The new sun-room addition provides a new entrance for the family, including a mudroom with storage for shoes.

The renovated kitchen is defined by its custom oak cabinetry, as well as absolute-black granite countertops and a Heath Tile (the M144 in "oat") ceramic backsplash.

The design team “poked fun” at the homeowner for her unusual request, but they’ve since recommended bathroom refrigerators to other clients.

Set across five acres, the property includes forested terrain and portions of a creek.

The large open room is currently in use as an artist's studio.
