ESCAPE Tampa Bay Village is currently comprised of ten tiny homes situated on individual lots. Due to popular demand, the village will soon expand with an additional 30 units.
The Traveler is slightly longer than the ONE, allowing for a larger bathroom and second loft. The kitchen is made larger by replacing the in-built staircase with a ladder, and a line of clerestory windows pulls light more evenly across the interior.
Two lofts bookend the birch-paneled interior, which can be upgraded to include almost anything: a full set of appliances, stone countertops, oak finishing, and panoramic windows to mention a few options.
Unique among tiny homes, ESCAPE's Classic wraps the entryway in a screened-in and roof porch. It could also be fully enclosed to add an extra room to the home.
