Terrazzo flooring continues into the shower, flanking all three walls.

The primary bath, with terrazzo flooring becoming the wainscot behind the wall-hung toilet. A two-tone vanity adds a splash of color. A wall to wall mirror conceals the medicine cabinet.

A custom cabinet by Matt Castilleja holds the client's record collection while grounding the room.

A Rich Bowman Kansas sky-scape creates a strong focal point above the dining banquette. Natural light shines into a previously dark kitchen as a peeled back wall opens the kitchen to the living space.

The fireplace wall was freshened with a new vertical window-true to neighboring homes, the added horizontal hearth spans the width and becomes a dining banquette.

The studio desk, with a tackboard flanking the entire wall, is the perfect place to tack up memorabilia. Here, we show painted "sketches" made by the owner herself, an established artist.
