“I wanted to bring a European style to the spaces,” Dino says of the lavish custom millwork installed throughout the home.

This project’s pared-back interiors came from the homeowners’ revelation that they had way too much stuff in their lives and wanted to live more intentionally.

The walls have been painted white using Dulux paint to keep the room fresh, light and bright.

The couple loved the ceiling light in the former living room and kept it when they turned the space into a dining room.

LaFayette Studio, which helped with the interiors, selected a Holly Hunt fabric for built-in sofas in the new living room, which also features a rug from Rush House, a sconce by Brendan Ravenhill Studio, and a Swift ceiling light from Cedar & Moss.

The living room also connects to a deck via sliding doors from B&B Doors and Windows.
