Perron rearranged the stairway to the condo to build a “cocoon-like bathroom” with a window in the back, she says; the sunken tub is the star of the show, but the butter-and-cream coloured tiles, arranged in a striped formation, are an inspiring supporting act. (“It’s my favorite room in the condo,” admits Perron.)

Gropius lamps line the wall by the coffee prep station. A mirror-finish folding door by Dooor hides under-cabinet storage.

The galley-style kitchen is fitted with custom Black walnut cabinets, which pop against the marble countertops and backsplash. The sun-filled dining room is located just steps away.
