The apartment takes up the entire 17th and 18th floors of the building, and is located just a short five-minute walk from the studio where Trevor recorded “The Daily Show.”

Since acquiring the property in 2017, Trevor has completed reconfigured the interior layout, turning what used to be the upper-floor primary suite—which features a terrace—into the main living area. According to listing agent, Nick Gavin, this decision was largely so guests would have access to the outdoors.

French-oak flooring lines the main living areas, complementing the crisp white walls and black cast-metal archways throughout. Soaring 15'-ceilings allow ample natural light to pour in from the numerous floor-to-ceiling windows wrapping the home.

Now located on the lower level, the primary suite is fitted with hand-rubbed Cortina leather.

A bright red door extends a warm welcome, popping against the home's neutral exterior. The wide driveway leads to the the two-car garage which merges with front facade.

Expansive skylights stretch across the central atrium, ushering ample natural light inside.

In the main living room, floor-to-ceiling windows flank the original brick fireplace, framing striking views of the adjacent entertaining terrace and landscaped backyard.

Indoor/outdoor living was a priority in the redesign, and the interior was reconfigured so that views of the backyard and the majestic gum tree can be immediately seen as soon as the front door is opened.

Recycled timbers are used throughout the home from the curved bench to the joinery in the kitchen. The kitchen also connects to a cold-store walk-in pantry that’s cooled with an in-slab ventilation pipe funneling cool under-house air.
