The couple added a comfortable seating area with a tufted banquette in the corner, custom-built by their contractor. The pendant over the table is from Lulu and Georgia, and the chairs are from All Modern.

Actor and designer Krysta Rodriguez brought in vintage furniture, warm tones, and a faux fireplace to help her longtime friend Adam Levy bounce back from a breakup.

The primary bedroom sits just off the stairwell landing. Built in bookshelves and storage are just beyond.

"When I was trying to decide our direction for this house, that was really the first material that I came across that I was like, 'Okay, this is the vibe,'

The team dropped the ceiling in the kitchen in order to be able to run lines for the air conditioner. The curved wall around the banquette conceals HVAC for the living room.

About this part of the kitchen, Chanel says, "We just had a fun with the radius corners in this space. Functionally speaking, we are rounding that corner a hundred times a day, so it's great for running children or clumsy people like me.

The cabinetry, made from softer-patterned plywood stained with pink linseed oil, is topped by terrazzo and stainless steel countertops. The dining area has similar cabinetry, stained green.

Built-in shelves continue the select color treatment.

LAMAS filled out an existing niche in the thick wall of the sunroom with a custom built-in for vinyl.

There's now storage to the left, and a powder room to the right in the entry. Certain thresholds are denoted with a muted color palette of blue and green.

A banquette salvaged from a diner was added to the corner. Eric made the table and April sourced the poofs from a flea market.

Eric added a skylight and new wood in a chevron pattern to the ceiling. The green concrete sink is from Concretti Designs and the floors are Kayan river pebble mosaic by Pebblino Mosaici. April stripped and sanded down a kitchen cabinet for storage, and added plaid wallpaper to the interior.
