The master bath is open and airy with white walls, a large shower and soaking tub, and natural slate tile flooring which ties in with the natural setting.
The en suite master bath slips behind the kitchen, and features gray ceramic tiled floors used throughout the apartment.

The wet room connects to two half-baths on either side that are equipped with dual-flush toilets and WaterSense fixtures. Gray porcelain tiles from Statements Tiles line the room.
In the en suite bath on the second floor, a concrete floor gives way to a round, tiled, double-height space that culminates in a skylight. Plants hang on either side of a custom shower-head from Still Bathrooms. The faucets is from Crestial and the pendants are from Spazio Lighting.

The tiny bathroom got a makeover with a walk-in shower, porcelain tiles, and a Corian countertop.
Large-format wall tiles create organic texture in a neutral color, consistent with the the rest of the house.
The marble herringbone floor tile is from Lowe’s, and the walls are covered in waterproof concrete plaster, a finish that took up less room than tile would have. “The walls were really un-level and it's not a particularly big bathroom, so I didn't want to reduce the size of it,” says Segulja.

The square tiles of the shower walls mimic the squares of the glass-block wall that delineates the bathroom.
The Real Cedar cladding is arranged both horizontally and vertically, adding visual interest to the simple, archetypal built forms and showcasing the striking graphic effect that can be achieved with the material.
The gabled entry features a patterned, wood rainscreen that evokes the forked ribs of the Saguaro cactus while the recessed entry is akin to a Saguaro boot, the holes in the giant cacti that many desert animals use as their homes.
