A solid oak barn door and limestone floors in the utility room continue the material language of the main living spaces.

The guest room's bathroom features a sconce by Lindsey Adelman and all-green tiles. Since this bathroom is also the powder room, the owners wanted it to be fun.

The dining table, a custom design by Formwork, and red Non chairs by Komplot complement the addition’s cypress cladding.

The ceiling and built-in storage wall in the bedroom are fabricated from American white oak, while the opposite wall and floor has the same grayish-white tone found in the rest of the apartment.

Béliveau incorporated a desk and display space along the living room wall, as well as a pocket door to the primary bedroom.

Now the kitchen has a generous prep island, which Béliveau calls the “centerpiece of the project,” thanks to its construction from four slabs of Italian Daedalus marble with a custom steel base and reveal detail just under the lip of the counter.
