Adair and Kopp commissioned the metal fabricator who did the railings to create the monkey-bar rungs that line the hallway, powder-coated in seafoam green. Rings can attach to the monkey bars to give the boys a different type of challenge.

The Marquee Brands x Hapi Homes for Martha Stewart Iconic Estate Housing Collection features takes on several of her properties, past and present, including a house based off of Stewart’s one-time New York City apartment.

"Being in The Longhouse is mellow and calming whatever the weather," says the firm. "The experience of the whole is far greater than the sum of its parts."
