The renovated kitchen is open, airy, and connected to the rest of the main level. Plum Projects used Bedrosians Magnifica Luxe polished white porcelain for the island, countertops, and backsplash. The black upper cabinets are made from Richlite: a durable, sustainable material made from recycled paper.

In total, the property features four bedrooms, many of which lead directly to the backyard.

Two West Elm Pelle Sconces flank the Brayden Studio Horsham Platform Bed, while the sliding doors now reveal views to the restored backyard.

Hand-crafted character oak joinery lines two of the walls in the primary bedroom. Bi-folding doors connect to the large en suite bathroom, where a free-standing tub awaits.

The kitchen was moved from a small space off the hallway and is now adjacent to the living area. The duck blue surfaces were made to match the floor tiling.

The bathrooms were modeled after Japanese ryokans. Here in the main bathroom, muted Fireclay tiles clad the shower, which features a built-in bench and Purist fixtures from Kohler.

Likewise, the guest bathroom boasts Fireclay tiles and Kohler fixtures.
