Vintage chairs and a credenza are joined in the living room by a sofa from Article and an Offi coffee table. The rug is from West Elm.

The couple laid the patio with concrete pavers in a randomized pattern. The gaps between the commercial-grade pavers are filled with decomposed granite.

The bathroom, located just adjacent to the kitchen, features a pattern of gray and turquoise tiles that climbs from the floors up the walls. They serve as a burst of color among the predominately white walls elsewhere, transforming the bathroom into one of the apartment’s most striking spaces.

The blue-tiled master bathroom stands in contrast to the muted tones of the rest of the house. The tile is recycled glass from China.

The freestanding bath and shower are located in a "wet room" separate from the toilet, and are fitted with the same tiles found in the kitchen and dining area.

The floor tiles are from Popham Design in a custom palette, paired with handmade subway tile in an earthy, off-white color.
