Oza Sabbeth Architects and the Brooklyn Home Company teamed up to create this 2,800-square-foot home in the Ditch Plains hamlet of Montauk, in Long Island, New York.

The white oak bench seating wraps a vintage wood table found on Offer Up. The custom cushions are by Legacy Custom Upholstery in Perennials 'Raffia' fabric in Geranium Red. The wall light is the Schoolhouse 'Gantry Pivot Sconce.'

Emily detailed the kitchen to have more storage than before, thanks to custom cabinetry she designed, and which was fabricated and installed by J.V. The New Carpentry. The backsplash tile is 2x6 Zia Tile in 'Burnt Sugar.' The stove is a Thor electric range and the refrigerator an iio Retro Mod Fridge RM1, both part of the $4215 the couple spent on appliances.

The couple raised the ceiling height in the main room of the bathroom, then lowered it in the shower to create a "jewel box

Emily's favorite vintage 1960's ceramic Arnels mushroom lamp sits atop a custom plywood built-in dresser.

Walls and closet doors are wrapped in the same flat-planked pine used throughout, and the bed covering is the Studio Ford 'Toledo Quilt.'
