Brian Littleton isn’t a dad, but he may be the world’s coolest uncle. His brother’s kids come over to play in the indoor tree house, take his model trains for a spin, or just curl up on the Fatboy beanbag chairs.

With Smart Mode, the Airmega will turn itself on as needed, and it’s Eco-Friendly Mode automatically shuts it off after 10 minutes of use. Airmega 400 and 400S units will also automatically switch into to Sleep Mode after sensing that the lights have been dimmed. Airmega 300 and 300S models can be manually switched to Sleep Mode.

A small Eames Wire-base table provides the perfect dining space for son, Paul.

The Grange

The office, which is also Lily’s room, features a Babyletto crib and a Smileywalls wall decal applied atop Normandy paint from Benjamin Moore.

A bunny mobile by Flensted hangs over the crib, while the felt mural provides a soft and colorful backdrop. The Excel floor lamp in the living room is by Rich Brilliant Willing.

The house is filled with pieces from Small-Design, the children’s furniture company cofounded by Charrier, including the transformable Cube, which does double duty as a chair or table in the top floor kitchen-dining area.

This bedroom is currently in-use as a nursery.

A mural by local illustrator Kale Williams—a good friend and the wife of one of Brill’s partners—provides the backdrop forthe nursery.

Kids Playroom

The custom Lego table reflects a lot of Rael Made designs — clean, simple, modern.

One of the boy's rooms has a simple white palette and a sea-inspired rug.

Jasper and Maeve take five. One of their requests was for their dad to create a secret door to connect their bedrooms together.
