This kitchen renovation done by design firm Case Design gave this 1980’s 1980s-style kitchen a much-needed change. The addition of Encaustic cement floor tiles in black, white, and, grey helped to make this renovation come to life.

Custom storage is found throughout the guesthouse. Upstairs in lieu of a closet, custom drawers and shelves were installed along the side of the sleeping loft. And downstairs, a larder with pullout shelves creates space for produce, a water filter and even boxed wine.
