Wood cabinetry from Merit Kitchens has a vertical, plank-like finish. Black iron handles tie in with the window frames. “We didn’t need fancy details,” says Nigel.

The primary bathroom has cream-colored tiles from Heath Ceramics and mirrors floating off the wall, giving what Kypreos says is "a futuristic feel."

The kitchen features Vermont verde granite that has a bespoke pattern etched into it. Walnut cabinetry is contrasted with white paneling on either side.

Through the kitchen window there's a glimpse of an original exterior wall made of limestone, as well as the stairs up to the second-floor addition.

The primary bedroom suite is housed on the third floor, complete with a private terrace.

A look inside one of two guest bedrooms. The floors are wire-brushed, wide plank oak from ProSource. The bed and rug are from Four Hands while the side tables are from West Elm. The lamps are from Home Goods.

“The idea was to make the house a string of pavilions so there could always be air flowing through them,” explains Marc. Behind the greenery sits custom chaise longues by Jaime Nuevo.

The glassed-in kitchen, which connects to a dry garden in the center of the home, makes use of earthy materials such as parota wood for the millwork, black granite with leather finish for the countertops, and gray cantera stone floors. The pendants are by David Pompa, while the refrigerator is from Whirlpool and the dishwasher from LG.
