The custom kitchen millwork is designed by reBuild Workshop, and fabricated by Custom Lotus, with quartzite counters. The high stools in white oak are by Space Copenhagen.

The kitchen redesign was one of the priciest aspects of the renovation, costing the couple over $60,500.

Standard IKEA cabinetry, painted a neutral gray, was paired with a special backsplash treatment, using tile from Mutina Tex.

The projector screen is recessed and out of sight when we aren’t using it and the projector is tucked away in the cabinet. Check out our liquor bar, with original moulding details and wood backing that predates prohibition.

Our dark and moody Parlor Study is where our family likes to gather around for movie night, playing games, or enjoying a nightcap.

Three enlarged openings in the rear façade allow for access and views to the yard without requiring substantial and costly structural modifications.

An existing skylight was utilized in the primary bath to bring natural light into a space that otherwise would have none. The vanity is custom in oak.
