Built in 1919, the main residence was recently redesigned by Brenda Antin and now features a refreshing, modern aesthetic. In the living room, new additions, such as the Swedish wide-plank floors, complement original details, including the brick fireplace and pane windows.

A 16-foot-wide, multi-slide door leads from the main living area to a covered patio.

When looking to add an ADU to their backyard in Highland Park, Oni Lazarus and her partner Didi went with Cover’s turnkey offering.
