The backsplash tile is Dirk Elliot, and various decor items on the walls and shelves are from the couple’s travels in Indonesia, India, and Mexico.

The northern facade, which faces the water, takes in the view via double-height windows in the main living room, plus terraces punched into the second floor.

Seen from just inside the front door, the fireplace and a garden separate the living room on the left from the stone wall of the primary bedroom to the right.

Natural light and landscape views come most notably through the floor-to-ceiling windows in Kelli’s bedroom. However, the open layout means that they flood the entire space with light and landscape views.

Terracotta tiles in the kitchen lend a sense of warmth. The stools are from Blu Dot and the pendant light is Foscarini.
