The girls’ bathroom features Concrete Collaborative Alabaster Large Pink Chip Terrazzo tile in a 12’ X 12” the floors. This is paired with Concrete Collaborative Strands tiles in the Pink Racing Stripe pattern on the shower walls.

Modscape is an end-to-end company, however they will bring in outsdie consultants when necessary. The landscape and pool for this project were executed with the help of Bethany Williamson, Wickstead Works, and Gordon Ave Pools & Spas.

The home is compromised of four modules and a "kit of parts

Located on a former dairy farm in the foothills of the Great Dividing Range in Victoria, Australia, the residence is part of a vegetative regeneration project. The floor-to-ceiling windows that wrap around the home meet the owner’s request to feel connected to the land throughout the retreat.

Yandoit House was built using Candour’s structural glazed facade system, wall panels, and exposed rafter ceiling cassettes, as well as its design software and manufacturing facility.

Designed for a couple, the one-bedroom, one-bathroom home totals 1,722 square feet with a square plan and flat roof.

Completed in December 2023, Yandoit House was designed by Archier and prefabricated by Candour.

Architects Nicolás Tovo and Teresa Sarmiento designed their glass-encased vacation home for a site in Patagonia, a two-hour flight from their studio in Buenos Aires. Nicolás calls it “a magical enclave” overlooking Nahuel Huapi Lake. “It’s a panoramic viewpoint where we can watch what happens,” adds Teresa.

The whole project comprised only three months of design, two months of production (some 90 percent of which was completed at a Buenos Aires factory), one day of assembly, and five days of adjustments. The structure consists of just four 9-foot-8-inch-by-19-foot-7-inch modules supported by a foundation plate. “If we want to move it, we can,” says Teresa. “We could get a crane and disassemble it and then reassemble it on the coast.”

Movable slatted-wood panels allow Teresa and Nicolás to control the flow of light as well as the level of privacy from the nearby road. The space between the screen and home acts as a small deck.
