The Overlook House achieves a very light environmental impact while producing visually rich and architecturally satisfying spaces. This residence is built upon an existing footprint; it replaces a structurally-compromised house that could not be renovated and re-used. This project successfully incorporates a myriad of daily-life programmatic components in a minimalist vocabulary.
