In the bathroom, the vanity is wrapped with the slatted white oak detail and topped with quartzite. Engineered terrazzo tile covers the floor.

This circle is used for their everyday schedule and notes.

The circle is painted with chalkboard paint. “We pin stuff up there for the holidays, like Chinese New Year, because you have to get up on a chair [to reach it] and you can’t do that everyday,” says Ren.

Ren and Karvelius designed and installed a custom storage piece that doesn’t disturb the original fixtures, like the trim and radiator.

The landscaped gardens and rear patio span more than 800 square feet.

The primary suite includes a custom walk-in closet.

A new window adds natural light, and the room feels much bigger thanks to a glass enclosure for the shower. Jessica added custom concrete details throughout, along with Kohler faucets, Burke Decor sconces, and Wayfair mirrors.

The shower went from claustrophobic to open and airy, thanks to a new glass enclosure.

Hong installed a North Coast Modern vanity with a solid white quartz counter, alongside Rejuvenation mirrors and Delta faucets.
