Coulee Concrete made a custom tinted sinktop for a walnut vanity by Maple Key.

A semi-finished daylight basement is now an independent suite that can flex in use. Master Furniture Makers fabricated the custom-designed cabinetry, curved built-in seating, and wall treatment. Caesarstone ‘Fresh Concrete’ covers the kitchenette counters.

Boy Boy fabricated the new stair rail, which was powder-coated to match the Valspar ‘Black Evergreen’ color used throughout.

A custom door fabricated by Maple Key with Weitzner wallcovering now tucks behind the closet storage. A natural stone slab tops the custom oak vanity, and the floor tile is by Fireclay.

The bedside sconces are from Ladies & Gentleman Studio.

The built-in oak bed and wall treatment was designed by Bright Designlab and fabricated by Master Furniture Makers, with a custom colorful rug designed by Bright Designlab, in collaboration with Kush Rugs.

Valspar ‘Black Evergreen’ covers the beams, doors, and trim. The perimeter counters are concrete, by Cement Elegance.
