Villa offers two lines of prefab homes: the C and H Series. While the former is less expensive, it is also less customizable.

Although Villa does not allow the dimensions of their preset floorplans to be adjusted, they provides more than twenty to choose from. In many cases, there is also option to mirror the plan, change out swinging doors for sliding ones, and add skylights.

Other customizations to the exterior of a Villa prefab include a site-built, uncovered deck and the choice between a gable- or shed-style roof.

Villa's prefabs are constructed from kiln-dried lumber frames, asphalt roof shingles, and fiber cement lap siding. While they provide the choice between several understated hues for the cladding, Villa can paint the home a custom color for an extra $5.8k—or change out the siding altogether for $18k.

The home is delivered to site by truck before being placed by a crane onto the foundation. The rest of the installation—the interior and exterior finishing, utility hookups, and final inspections—can take up to four months.

It takes around a month for Villa to clear the site for construction and lay the stem wall foundation.

The bathrooms are tiled in either subway tile, glossy porcelain, or matte porcelain. The standard fiberglass tub can be upgraded to a steel one for $4.2k or a shower booth for $7k.

Villa provides stainless steel refrigerators, microwaves, and range ovens (gas or electric) with each unit. They can source other appliances, like thermostats, air conditioning units, washers, and dryers at additional cost.

The kitchen cabinetry is painted white or grey by default. A mixture of the two colors costs an additional $450. The composite countertops can be switched out with Quartz for $9k, and the standard steel undermount sink can be replaced with a white fireclay farmhouse option for $2.5k.

Though Villa provides more than twenty premade floorplans, all of them are adjustable. The living room flooring comes in either carpet or vinyl sheets. Replacing either with plank vinyl costs just under $2.5k.

Korppoo's open-concept living space makes it possible to host a crowd.

Korppoo is the company's other latest model, which has double-height ceilings and a two-level deck.

The Nauvo is capable of containing a full kitchen, with room for a pantry. Construction typically takes about a year or less to complete.

Floor-to-ceiling windows bring the views inside. Currently, Pluspuu is available in the U.S., Canada, and Europe.

Customers can choose to give their prefab as many comforts as they please, from year-round temperature control to stone countertops.

The Scandinavian, sustainable wood used in the construction process is on full display inside.

This prefab also has a wraparound deck with a shaded dining area.
