Bartkowscy is a family bakery that was established in 1927. Today it has 18 stores in Toruń (Poland). In 2014 in cooperation with mode:lina™ studio the owners created a new place with a unique character on Aleja Solidarności in Toruń - Doppio Cafe Bistro.

The counter and lighting are finished by meticulously selected wooden planks that may link to traditional oven fuel.
