Cutler (Chronicle Books, September 2014) This tome is an excursion through the colors of twentieth century couture, led by no less an authority than Pantone. Individual hues are traced as they fall in-and-out of vogue over the course of a tumultuous century in fashion.

The kitchen, Bulthaup island, and overhanging entrance-level comprise the remainder of the extension. A five-story double-sided, weld-free aluminum bookcase begins in the kitchen and rises through the lounge. A staircase traces every inch of it so that material can be readily accessed.

This living room is filled with an array of plants that include a moss wall, an air plant wall, Staghorn Ferns, a variety of potted plants, hanging ceiling plants, and trees.
