Known as The Goodwin House, this three-bedroom, three-bath residence was built in 1941 by iconic midcentury architect Rudolph M. Schindler and is located in the area's Studio City neighborhood.

Measuring at 1,531 square feet, the Modernist property has been "lovingly restored" to its former glory and features original period elements, such as built-in furniture and wood paneling. Extensive glazing fills the interiors with natural lighting while Schindler’s use of rectilinear forms, which overlap and intersect with each other, plays out throughout the home.

3807 Reklaw Dr, Studio City, The Goodwin House, is now being offered for $1,890,000 by Brian Courville of Pacific Union International.
