Craftsman meets modern

We wanted to share our labor of love. People often think historic can only look, well, historic. Old school. But we love mid-century modern design. So we turned this 1912 craftsman bungalow in Denver’s Washington Park neighborhood into a modern masterpiece, while still keeping historic built-ins, stained glass, and windows. We think the result is a fun, eclectic ambiance that honors both the old and the new - and would never be classified as cookie-cutter!
