The designers took inspiration from the second bathroom's curved vanity in creating a new custom vanity.

The main bathroom was functional, but did not feel inviting.

The exterior bath next to the pool can only be accessed through the deck and features a natural sealed zellige tile and marble vanity.

The yellow and khaki tiles in this powder room echo the color scheme in the main living area.

The walls are covered in waterproof plaster.

In the bathroom, hexagonal mosaic tile covers the floor and the shower walls. The vanity is made from a maple slab, and the sink and the fixtures are copper.

La Base also designed the bathroom’s modular hangers.

The home is defined by its breathtaking views over the surrounding mountains, and this was a major driver of the design—even in the bathrooms, which feature carefully considered picture windows. “Maximizing the panoramic mountain views and harmoniously integrating them into the interior spaces was a key priority,” says the designer.

Another one of the bathrooms comes with an oversized shower wrapped in red subway tile.

Penny tiles in two colors cover the walls in the wet room on the second floor where wall-mounted plumbing fixtures preserve countertop space atop the solid brass sink.

Maldonado partnered with Daltile to use matte one-inch keystone tile in a different tone for each bathroom, and suite 302 features a blue color. The orange surface is by Shelfology, and the soap bottle is Cloud 9 Clay.

Even the primary en suite features Marvin windows—a large picture beneath twooperating awnings, which frame lush tree views. The ebony finish complements the black, in-built fireplace and boldly juxtaposes the muted interior.
