Florençon closed one of the doorways into the bedroom and turned the space into a closet and built-in bookcase.

Sunlight spills into the primary bedroom, illuminating a wall of custom Birch cabinetry. Hanging pendant lights complement the neutral palette, and free up side table space.

Upstairs, the primary bedroom is dressed in a calming blue, complete with bespoke wooden detailing and cabinetry. A similar palette can be found in the ensuite bath.

The entrance to the walk-in closet is marked by another bench floating across the window, and a mirror inset in white oak.

Gast Architects embraced the home's original emphasis on indoor/outdoor connections and careful framing of views.

The flooring switches from warm, engineered white oak in the living room to concrete in the kitchen to make cleaning a breeze.

The core on the third floor is split down the middle to create a dressing room. On choosing the delft blue color Priscilla says, "Since we were painting the whole column up through the house I wanted a color that would make a statement but adapt to the different situations. Blue works, though I almost did green. Maybe I'll repaint it someday."
