“Two-bedroom apartments are coveted in Manhattan, but the reality is that we are just two people, and the second bedroom had become neglected storage space,” Fontanez says. The custom artwork is from LUMAS and the bedside tables are Chelsea Textile. The apartments also contain Bosch washers and dryers.

As part of the update, the two bedrooms were expanded, and a number of smart features were added: automated lighting and curtains, along with double glazed windows with an electric shading system.
