An oversized soaking tub awaits in one of the five full bathrooms.

Off the bedroom is a bright and airy master bath.

A chic dressing room is also included with the master suite.

White subway tile with charcoal-colored grout covers the primary bath where sunlight streams in from overhead thanks to a huge, new skylight. Wall sconces from The Urban Electric Co. lend a nautical feel.

The core on the third floor is split down the middle to create a dressing room. On choosing the delft blue color Priscilla says, "Since we were painting the whole column up through the house I wanted a color that would make a statement but adapt to the different situations. Blue works, though I almost did green. Maybe I'll repaint it someday."

All three bathrooms were fully remodeled and now come with all new fixtures and hardware.

A skylight spans across most of the primary bathroom. Baker used two different tile shapes in the same color for a custom pattern, and paired it with terrazzo on the floor.

The guest room's bathroom features a sconce by Lindsey Adelman and all-green tiles. Since this bathroom is also the powder room, the owners wanted it to be fun.

The owners toured this home, which surrounds a mature tipu tipu tree, while visiting relatives for the day. The brick is original to the 1947 construction.

In the shower, the Japanese porcelain tiles are all a slightly different finish, creating a shimmering effect. "It feels like movement," says Andrew.

Skylights above the mudroom and in the en suite shower let in plenty of natural light in unexpected spaces.

The bathroom captures stunning East Bay views with a floor-to-ceiling window.

In the primary bath, which includes the home’s only indoor shower, Lachapelle used plumbing fixtures and hardware with an oil-rubbed bronze finish that relate to the touches of black in the living space. The wood dowel and leather triangle towel holders are from Schoolhouse.

The second-floor bathroom's colorful Tex tiles from Mutina sport an array of different textures for a unique tactile experience.

Relocating the ground floor landing helped concentrate the stairwell to a smaller footprint, and opened up more space in the downstairs rooms.

In the primary bath, custom oak cabinetry sits below wall sconces from Allied Maker. The freestanding tub is from Barclay and the tile is LaNova.
